Warranty and Replacement Policy:
Due to local market practices and regulatory standards, the Nucleus Store Asia does not offer refunds on purchases made through our store. However, we are committed to ensuring your device performs optimally and offer support through repair and replacement options as outlined below.

1. Warranty Coverage  
Your Roon Nucleus device is covered by a limited warranty for 2 years from the date of purchase.  This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

2. In-Warranty Repair Services
Depending on your location, repairs will be carried out either by our team directly or through authorized service centers to ensure product quality and performance.  For any technical issues or defects covered under warranty, Nucleus Store Asia offers repair services at no cost.

3. Replacement Eligibility
In cases where repair is not feasible, we may offer a replacement unit at our discretion, provided the issue falls within warranty conditions. Replacement is only available for products with manufacturing or material defects. Damage due to misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external factors is not covered.

4. Non-Warranty Repair Services
For repairs outside the warranty period or for issues not covered by warranty, customers may choose paid repair services from our authorized centers.  Our team will provide an estimate for any non-warranty repairs.

5. Shipping Costs for Warranty Service
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our service center, while Nucleus Store Asia will cover return shipping for repaired or replaced items within warranty terms.
